- Unlimited Integration support is subject to reasonable usage guidelines. Dolby.io, at its discretion, may limit this support if it feels a customer’s usage or requests are excessive and disproportionate.
- The Dolby.io Service Level Guarantee is available to customers who have purchased Support Plans which include it. This guarantee provides customers with an ability to claim remediation for Dolby.io outages that fall outside of the Service Level Guarantee target applying to their plan.
